    • Single phase cold plate design, fabrication, integration, and test
    • Two-phase cold plate design, fabrication, integration, and test
    • Heat exchanger design including single phase heat exchangers, two-phase heat exchangers (condensers and evaporators).
    • Thermal management system design, fabrication integration and test including  Pumped Refrigerant Systems, HVAC and Single phase cooling loops
  • Thermal Analysis

    • Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS
    • Thermal Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS
    • Design of Thermodynamic cycles
    • Heat transfer & pressure drop calculations using experimental data correlations
    • Engineered component and system design
    • Thermal management system analysis to minimize Size, Weight, Power and Cost (SWAPc)
